Hi everyone,
I have a question about Ulanzi Studio plugins.
Some plugins appear on the Ulanzi plugin website, but I cannot find them in the Launch Store inside the Ulanzi Studio desktop app. Why does this happen? Are plugins filtered by device model, firmware version, app version, region, or compatibility?
I also have a specific issue with the “Focused Application Volume” plugin.
It appears in the Launch Store, and I can install it normally. The store says it supports D200, D200X, and Dial. I have a D200, and both my device and Ulanzi Studio are updated to the latest build available.
But after installing it, the plugin does not appear in my plugin list, so I cannot use it or assign it to any button.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to refresh the plugin list, verify if the plugin was installed correctly, or check if there is some hidden compatibility requirement?
