Issue with the new app update

Just recently bought the D200H and downloaded the applications to customize it. It was working for maybe 5 mins until it started to make my device turn on and off. I unintalled the app and the dock works fine but clearly no presets. The new v2.0.19 is not  working with the dock. I am running a Win 11. Please help or find solution. I have tried installing it again but to no avail.

So found the issue. Its an issue with the Voicemod app. Mainly the soundboard options.

The issue with VoiceMod Pro account voice packs failing to load properly is currently under development. Please be patient.

Hello, please check the connection:
1. Ensure the USB cable is plugged directly into the computer's USB port, not through a docking station or hub.
2. If connected directly to the computer, try switching USB ports. (For desktops, connect to the USB ports on the motherboard at the back of the case.)
3. For Mac OS, switch between USB-A and USB-C ports to troubleshoot and avoid unstable connections.
4. Try using a different data cable to rule out cable malfunction.
