vMix Shortcuts

I purchased it to use with the vMix program, but unfortunately the shortcuts feature isn't supported.
As a workaround, I've set it up manually using the keyboard and am relying on system hotkeys, but it's really inconvenient.
I sincerely hope the firmware can be updated to enable the vMix shortcuts functionality.

Hello, may I ask if you mentioned that the shortcut keys of Vmix are not supported? Could you describe the specific functions? So that we can check.

vmix에 shortcuts이라는 기능이 있는데 보통 엘가토나 다른 제품들은 이 기능에 바로 반응하여 키를 누르면 vmix에서 바로 인식을 합니다. 그런데 d200h는 shortcuts기능을 컴퓨터키보드로 설정해 놓고 d200h에서 hotkey를 사용하여야 인식을 합니다.

Let me explain for support. In Ulanzi is present 10knobs for VMix, but not enough. Vmix use global shotcuts, not local.
When open in Vmix settings - shortcuts, app wait for reply for any knobs, but in Ulanzi studio not exist vmix shortcut empty button, and vmix can't recieve the reply from Ulanzi device

The Vmix shortcut key plugin is still in the development pipeline and is expected to be released alongside future versions of Ulanzi Studio V3.1.X.
