I have a D200H, and I’ve noticed a consistent issue when using Ulanzi Studio on Windows 11.
My PC is already configured to not require any login, PIN, or password after waking from sleep, and under normal conditions this works perfectly.

However, when Ulanzi Studio is running, no matter what settings I change in Windows, the system always asks for a PIN/password after waking from suspend/sleep mode.
If I close the app before putting the PC to sleep, the problem does not occur.

As a temporary workaround, I created a script that automatically closes Ulanzi Studio before the system enters sleep mode.
This works most of the time, but it’s far from ideal — I basically can’t let the PC sleep naturally unless I run this script first, otherwise Windows will ask for the PIN again.

It would be great if the team could look into this behavior in a future update.
It’s quite inconvenient, especially because my PC goes to sleep frequently to save energy.
If anyone has a permanent fix or configuration that avoids this login requirement while keeping Ulanzi Studio open, I’d really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Could you tell me how your Windows computer’s lock screen is configured? Have you completely removed the password? If so, when the computer wakes up from sleep, the lock screen will only display a “Sign In” button, and clicking it will take you directly to the desktop.
We tested this, and regardless of whether the Ulanzi Studio app is running, it does not affect whether the system requires a password, as the app has no permission to interfere with the system’s lock screen password prompt.
Therefore, we have not yet been able to reproduce the situation you described. It’s possible our approach is incorrect, so we’d need you to provide detailed instructions on your steps. If possible, please record a video; that would help us reproduce and troubleshoot the issue.
Thank you.

My PC is configured with both a Microsoft account password and a PIN, but it is set not to require either when starting up or resuming from sleep. This was configured through netplwiz as well as the Windows power settings, and under normal conditions the system behaves exactly as expected — no PIN or password prompt after sleep or startup.
I’ve already performed extensive testing, and the issue only occurs when Ulanzi Studio is installed and running. With the application closed, the system resumes from sleep without requesting credentials, exactly as configured.
One additional detail: I currently have several plug‑ins installed in Ulanzi Studio, including:
•         Analog Clock
•         Calendar
•         Dice
•         Home Assistant
•         Adobe Lightroom Classic
•         OBS Web
•         OpenWeather Plugin
•         Adobe Photoshop
•         Windows Commands
•         SpeedTest
•         Spotify
•         Streamlabs Desktop
•         VLC Remote
•         vMix
•         Wallpaper
•         Window Manager
•         YouTube
I am not entirely sure if I have tested the behavior with all plug‑ins disabled, so it’s possible that one of them could be contributing to the issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
