I am experiencing unstable behavior when assigning key combinations to the dial. Specifically, when I set the CW (Clockwise) and CCW (Counter-Clockwise) actions to Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down, the input jumps erratically.
For example, when using it to adjust brightness in the Lumetri Color panel in Premiere, rotating the dial makes the values jump from 0.1 - 0.2 - 0.3 straight to 1.3 - 2.3 - 3.3. This makes it very difficult to control the dial and get the desired precise values. I hope the developers can fix this bug in the upcoming updates.

Hello, it looks a bit like a knob. This is an operation delay. May I ask if your computer is running the Windows system? Is the Bluetooth for connecting Dial built-in or is it on an external Bluetooth adapter?
If it is a built-in Bluetooth, be sure to check if there is a Bluetooth antenna transmitter. Avoid delays caused by poor signal.
We have users who have encountered similar issues and they resolved the latency problem by inserting an external Bluetooth adapter into the computer's USB port.

Hello, it looks a bit like a knob. This is an operation delay. May I ask if your computer is running ...

I am currently using a PC with the following hardware and software configuration:
  • OS: Windows 11 25H2
  • Network Card: Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201 PCIe Bluetooth + Wi-Fi card (equipped with an external Asus antenna base)

I have already tried removing all paired Bluetooth devices, but it didn't help.
I will test it again with a USB Bluetooth dongle tomorrow and let you know if it works.

I'm certain this is a command transmission error between the software and the OS, resulting in an infinite loop (e.g., repeating Ctrl + Up) that leads to signal drops. I've applied a temporary fix by remapping another key to Ctrl and setting the knob to Up/Down.
