Is there a way to pull the haptic? If it is not available, please add it so that you can configure haptics in the software.

Hello, first we need to know what model you have. Go to the app > Settings > Device to see if there’s a toggle for haptic feedback. If there isn’t one, that means your device doesn’t support it.
