Voicemod plugin is not load sounds from Voicemod Pro

Hi. It seems that the plugin for working with Voicemod is broken - I have a Pro license for Voicemod and the plugin does not load my profiles and sounds when adding the "Soundboard" button on the deck.

If I log out of my Pro account and log into a new free account, the sounds are downloaded and displayed in the list.

Moreover, everything works fine in the UlanziDeckSimulator.

There is a suspicion that the Ulanzi Studio application cannot process the huge flow of information from Voicemod (if you buy a Pro subscription, a huge number of voices and sounds are unlocked for you) and at the moment the plugin does not have time to process such a huge amount of information, but this is not accurate.

P.S. Exactly the same problem appears when adding the "Voice Changer" button on the deck - the list for selecting voices is also loaded in the simulator, but not in the Ulanzi Studio application.


P.P.S. Both the Ulanzi Studio application and the Voicemod application were reinstalled several times, different combinations and launch queues were tried - the lists are not loaded from the PRO account, period. Although the rest of the switch functions (for example, "Mute Mic", "Hear Myself" work great).

Też się zmagam z podobnym problemem.
U mnie wygląda to tak że posiadając VoiceMod Premium listy dźwięków ładują mi się w U-Studio lecz po wybraniu danego dźwięku on tak jakby się nie zapisuje, nie wybiera i po wyjściu i wejściu z powrotem znowu nie mam wybranego żadnego dźwięku.

Proszę o naprawienie problemów z Voicemodem Premium

Yall posted this begining of October. Yet it is apperant that nothing was fixed as I am still having the issue he is mentioning. Please provide any feedback of the investigations yall conducted with findings please.

Hello, the cause of the problem is already known. We are just scheduling the development and plan to release it within this month.

I have a VoiceMod Pro account, and the sound data for the voice board feature is indeed quite large. When initially dragging the voice board into the interface, it takes a considerable amount of time to load—possibly over 10 minutes. At first, I thought something was wrong, so I restarted the program once. After everything finished loading, it finally displayed properly. You might want to wait a bit and give it a try.
