Ulanzi Studio Doesnt Detect Spotify

I've used the D100H for a day after I got it, and the next morning, the Ulanzi Studio windows app stopped detecting the Spotify app on Windows

I've tried to turn on and off
to relaunch each of the programs intermittently
to forget and pair the dial again to the pc
remove and reinstall the Spotify plugin
reset the client secret
The dial works fine for other uses and programs, only Spotify isnt working
help pls
