Ulanzi D200 disconnects everytime when playing any games!!!

Hello,

Issue with my Ulanzi D200. Disconnects every time I play a game. It goes through a series of connecting and disconnecting before completely disconnecting. It doesn't even reset if I shut down the pc or restart it. I have to manually unplug the Deck and re-plug it every time I wanna use it, or it stays in a disconnected state with a big blue Ulanzi logo.

1. What are the software version and firmware version you are using?
How to check:
Software version: App > Settings > General
Firmware version: App > Settings > Device

2. Please provide the log file.
How to check: App > Settings > General > Open Log Folder, then locate the xlog log file from the day in question.
