мигает но не включается ulanzi d200 / d200x
Здравствуйте.ulanzi d200 у меня проработал 3 месяца.После этого когда подключаю по usb к компьютеру стал моргать но не включается. Программа показывает что девайс disconnect (не подключен),хотя все подключено.ЧТо я делал:
1.Использовал разные проводаusb
2.Использовал разные порты в т.ч usb 3.0
3.Переустанавливал программное обеспечение ulanzi studio
ничего не помогло.
С чего все началось:
Купил второй девайс от ulanzi. ulanzi d200x.Поключил одновременно в пк и ulanzi d200и d200x
В итоге. ulanzi d200 моргает но не включается, ulanzi d200x превратился в кирпик черные экраны ни на что не реагирует, кабели менял, вставлял устройства по отдельности ничего не помогло.
Я так понял что-то случилось с прошивками устройств.Подскажите,что мне делать?

1，based on the D200 device’s performance, if you’ve already troubleshot the issue by connecting it directly, trying different USB ports on your computer, using a different data cable, and even connecting it to a different computer, and the device is still exhibiting the same behavior, this indicates a hardware malfunction rather than a firmware issue. Please contact our after-sales customer service for assistance.
2，For the D200X device, please ensure that it is connected to the correct USB port. It must be connected to the USB port next to the HDMI port to power on properly; data will not be transferred through any other USB ports.
