Tastenkombination "+" funktioniert nicht D200x und D100H
Hallo,Warum funktioniert das einfache "num +" bei beiden Geräten nicht!
Habe mir eine Preset für ACDsee für den D100H erstellt, wobei ich bei gedrückten Drehknopf rein- und rauszoomen wollte! "Num -" funktioniert "+" nicht.
Habe dann versucht die Tastenkombination auf Tasten des D200X zulegen, mit dem gleichen Ergebnis!Nebenbei bemerkt Win+L funktioniert auch nicht.
Ich haben dann nach langen suchen die Möglichkeit gefunden, das das auch über die Tastenkombination Strg+ auf- und abwärtsrollen Mausrad funktioniert.
Frage: Warum funktioniert "+" nicht! Fehler bei API Ulanzi Studio!
Noch eine andere Frage: Warum startet Ulanzi Studio nicht automatisch bei Start von Betriebsystem, obwohl "haken" in Konfigurationsmenü gesetzt!

1. Regarding the issue with the “+” shortcut key not working, we’ll look into it and provide a follow-up response. Please try this: Hold down Shift and press =—even though it looks like “=,” the key value entered should actually be “+.”
2. For Win+L, there are system restrictions. Please search for Windows-related plugins in the app store and install them.
3. If the app doesn’t start automatically at boot, troubleshoot as follows:
3.1. Check if the Ulanzi Studio app is set by default to always run as an administrator. Right-click the desktop icon > Properties > Compatibility. If “Run this program as an administrator” is checked, uncheck it. This is a Windows permission issue; if checked, the app cannot start automatically.
3.2. Check if Windows or third-party security software is blocking the Ulanzi Studio app from starting automatically.
Hello, when using Ulanzi Studio version 3.2.11, if you set a shortcut by holding down “Shift =,” the key value entered is “+” even though the character entered is “=.”
The key value has been tested and works correctly. If this does not work in ACD Se, you will need to verify whether the app’s corresponding shortcut function is consistent. There may be other restrictions that are beyond Ulanzi Studio’s control.

Ich benutze Ulanzi Studio Version 3.2.11
Windows 11 pro mit deutsches Tastaturlayout
Leider kann ich Ihren Vorschlag nicht nachvollziehen!
Wenn ich die Tastenkombination Shift+= (also dort wo auch die 0 (null) liegt drücke, erscheint im Hotkeyfeld"Umschalt+0".
Wie haben Sie diese Eingabe gemacht!
Ich habe alle Möglichkeiten ausprobiert, auch mit Hilfe ihresKontextmenü um die Eingabe zusammenzusetzen.
Wie diese Kombination ein Plus erzeugen soll, ist schwer nachzuvollziehen. Habe auch Alt + 43 versucht, aber es geht nur einstellig Alt +4.

Mir ist gerade beim durchlesen hier im Forum aufgefallen, das das Problem mit dem magischen Plus bzw. + plus schon länger besteht!
In eine Beitrage vom 24.05.2026, D100H + Schlüssel wird der gleiche Fehler beschrieben! Vor drei Monaten!
Und wieder taucht die Tastaturkombination "Shift+=" auf!
Bitte, Bitte stellen Sie bildlich dar, wie Sie dies Kombination "Shift+="nin das Studio eingeben, Bitte mit Bildern.
Liebe Entwickler bzw. Verkäufer, ich habe schon sehr viele Hardware bestellt bei Ihne!Zuletzt vor zwei Tagen den U-190 Mini Fluid!
Alles in hervorragender Qualität!
Aber das das einfache "PLUS" solche Probleme seit Monaten macht, ist nicht nachvollziehbar.
Bitte korrigiert das, denn das ist nicht akzeptabel für die Nutzung der schönen Hardware die voll auf dieFunktionalität der Software setzt.
Überpüft doch nochmal vlt. das mapping im Zusammenhang mit deutschen Tastaturlayout usw.
Ihr bietet solche genialen und komplizierten Kombination wie Strg+abwärtsrollen Maus an, aber "+" geht nicht!
Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, als ich die Hardware D100H und D200X vor zwei Wochen bekommen habe, aber das "PLUS" trübt meine Freude etwas.
