Feature Request: Knob Sensitivity and Speed Control
Dear Ulanzi Team,I am a user of your Ulanzi Creative Deck, and I really enjoy using the device to streamline my workflow. The hardware and the rotary knobs are excellent additions for navigating timelines, adjusting volume, and tweaking settings in creative apps.
However, I am finding it difficult to get precise control because there is currently no option to adjust the knob sensitivity or rotational speed within the Ulanzi Studio software. In many applications, a single turn moves too quickly or too slowly, and adjusting settings inside the host OS or creative apps alters my entire system setup rather than just the device.
I would love to request a feature in a future Ulanzi Studio software update that introduces:
A sensitivity/speed slider for each rotary knob.
Custom step-value multipliers (allowing users to define how many "steps" or keyboard actions are triggered per tick).
Adding this granular control would significantly improve the user experience and make the Ulanzi Deck a much stronger competitor to other devices on the market.

1. One is through shortcut keys. For different apps, there are shortcut key settings for the corresponding functions. The speed of the knob is determined by the speed supported by the app.
2. The other is implemented through plugins. Plugins can increase the step size settings. The specific settings will depend on which app it is. Currently, we are gradually adding step size settings for third-party apps, such as Lightroom Classic, Jing, Photoshop, After Effects, etc. This will take some time.
