Feature Request: Knob Sensitivity and Speed Control

Dear Ulanzi Team,

I am a user of your Ulanzi Creative Deck, and I really enjoy using the device to streamline my workflow. The hardware and the rotary knobs are excellent additions for navigating timelines, adjusting volume, and tweaking settings in creative apps.

However, I am finding it difficult to get precise control because there is currently no option to adjust the knob sensitivity or rotational speed within the Ulanzi Studio software. In many applications, a single turn moves too quickly or too slowly, and adjusting settings inside the host OS or creative apps alters my entire system setup rather than just the device.

I would love to request a feature in a future Ulanzi Studio software update that introduces:
A sensitivity/speed slider for each rotary knob.
Custom step-value multipliers (allowing users to define how many "steps" or keyboard actions are triggered per tick).

Adding this granular control would significantly improve the user experience and make the Ulanzi Deck a much stronger competitor to other devices on the market.
