Hello, based on the current situation, there are a few possible causes:
1. Port connection issues: Try switching to a different USB port, connecting directly to the computer’s USB port, using a different cable, or testing the device on a different computer;
2. Firmware system failure: Try flashing the firmware.
If your device does not have an SN number on the back, or if the first two digits of the SN number start with 01, you can use the following method to upgrade the firmware.
RK Flashing Tool to upgrade the firmware. (Windows only)

Download the attached tool from the link:https://cdn.ulanzistudio.com/sharing/Starting-up_update_2601.zipThe compressed file in the link contains a Word tutorial and important notes — please read them carefully. There are two IMG files in the folder. Please make sure to exit the Ulanzi Studio App before performing the RK firmware upgrade. Please note that the tweezers used for short-circuiting must be conductive. First, use the tweezers to touch the two contacts, then plug in the USB cable. Follow this sequence carefully, and check the flashing interface to see if a new device is detected before proceeding to the next step. If flashing the 2.0.3 version IMG file causes display abnormalities, please flash the 1.7.4 version IMG file instead. Then install the 2.0.19 app version, which will allow you to push the update to 2.0.3. [The download link for 2.0.19 is provided later in the Word document.] After upgrading the firmware application version to 2.0.3, you can update the Ulanzi Studio app to the latest version.
3.If the problem persists after following the steps above, please contact the platform where you made your purchase to request an exchange.
