D200 Problem with loading "Starting up"

Good afternoon.
I bought a D200 device on Aliexpress and recently it stopped working normally.
When the computer is turned on, the "Starting up" message is constantly displayed.
The device is connected directly via a USB port and I tried using three different cables - there is no effect.
There is no information on the forum. I suspect that the problem is with the internal firmware of the D200.
What should I do with the device? How can I fix the problem?

Hello, You can contact the store's after-sales customer service. They should have troubleshooting methods and instructions for flashing the firmware.
