I purchased the U Studio D200 product and downloaded Ulanzi Studio software v2.1.21. On my Windows 11 desktop PC, I plugged the USB into the back, but the buttons only show the Ulanzi logo and do not switch properly. When I reboot the PC and do not run the Ulanzi Studio program, the buttons work as they are originally set. However, once I launch Ulanzi Studio, the buttons stop working and the update does not proceed.
