Bug with the new version of Ulanzi Studio

I’m using a Mac Studio M4, running macOS (15.7.4) in French, with an Apple Extended French keyboard. I’m currently using Ulanzi Studio v3.0.11.

When I try to record a hotkey, it records a character from a US Apple keyboard, which renders my D200 and D100H completely unusable.

Could you please fix this extremely frustrating bug and provide me with links to older versions so I can temporarily resolve the issue?

Hello,
French keyboards are not currently supported, but we will gradually add support for them in the future. Please switch to an English keyboard for now.

I’m French, I have a French keyboard designed for this language, and I type at over 70 words per minute. I’m certainly not going to remap my keyboard or swap it for an unsuitable QWERTY layout just because you didn’t think to support international keyboards, even though you sell internationally (and to the international market).

Furthermore, nowhere on your website, in your documentation, on the packaging or at your points of sale is it stated that you do not support all keyboard layouts... If I’d known, I wouldn’t have bought the D100h, which is now completely useless to me.

J'ai mis à jour Ulanzi Studio vers la V3.0.20 et toujours pas de support des claviers internationaux.
Ce problème gâche vraiment les possibilités de vos Deck et Dial...
Avez vous de la visibilité pour la correction de ce bug ?

Hello, we apologize, but due to scheduling constraints and the large number of concurrent projects, compatibility adjustments for international keyboards will be prioritized later.
We have already actively reported this issue, and the R&D department will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the plan.
