some problem fm the Ulanzi Studio below with my D200H

Hello Everyone,
I found some problem fm the Ulanzi Studio below
1)The macro is not work, win-L not work, using command to lock screen also not work ?!
2)Th wallpaper config is not work, no response for pressing "select image" nor "Learn how to use this plugin"
