D100H settings are deleted

The D100H worked for a few days. Then, one after another, it started resetting apps. On the first day, only DaVinci settings were deleted. I deleted the app, including the data in AppData, then deleted and reconnected the device in Windows. After the reset, it worked a few times, and then everything started resetting again, and it got even worse (all the settings, from different apps, were deleted one after another).
Windows 11, Software V3.0.16
I also have a D200. I installed it a week later. I don't know if it's related, but the data deletion started after I installed the D200.

Hello, please pay attention to checking the following:
1. Restart the app. Will the preset data appear then?
2. Go to the app - settings, unbind the app from the preset file. Unbind it for both devices, and then observe again.
We have found that when multiple devices have the app bound to the preset file, it can cause refresh issues. Please confirm if this is the same problem. The data has not been lost, but it has not been refreshed temporarily.
The next version will optimize this issue. It is expected to be released in May.

The problem went away for now because I completely deleted all app data (all app folders) and reassigned it. It works so far.
