Ulanzi D100H Forgets Pairing When Pc Restarts

For the First time when Paired and Connected via Bluetooth Its Successfuly Working
But When Everytime I Restart My Pc I always Need to Pair Again and Reconnect Again by pressing The Buttons at Back of Ulanzi Dial and Bluetooth Settings to Find the Device
Which is Inconvenient ,

Is This Intended Behaviour ?

Hello, are you using the built-in wireless network adapter?
We’ve had users encounter this issue; it can occur with the built-in wireless network adapter. Inserting an external Bluetooth adapter (version 5.0 or higher) should resolve the problem.

Hello Im Using External USB Bluetooth Dongle Ugreen 5.3 as you can see on the picture, is there another workaround fix ?

Please continue troubleshooting:
| **P0** | Try resetting the Dial device to factory settings. (To troubleshoot device issues)
| **P0** | Try using a different laptop to see if the same issue occurs. (To troubleshoot issues with the Bluetooth adapter itself)
| **P1** | Ask for the specific model and driver version of the Greenconn adapter | To confirm if it is a known compatibility issue
| **P1** | Try disabling Windows Fast Startup | The simplest and least costly troubleshooting step
| **P2** | Check the power management settings for the Bluetooth adapter in Device Manager | To prevent the system from turning off the adapter

I solve problem Now It Automatically Reconnect When I Restart / Turn On My PC
I bought new bluetooth device 5.4 ( Tp-Link UB500 ) which has Installation Driver on Website , the Ugreen Previously has only Generic Driver
