How do fix the flickering stripes on the screen? (Solved)

First, some background: a glitch occurred when, after rebooting, the deck started displaying “Ulanzi Starting up” and the PC couldn't detect it.
I found a solution on GitHub, installed the firmware from that archive, and the PC started recognizing it and the buttons became functional, but there's still an issue with the display—the image looks stretched and, for some reason, flickers.
I don't think the cable is damaged; that firmware was probably intended only for the RK3308H1, but I have the RK3308H3.

Can this be fixed with a new firmware update?

Upd. The issue has been resolved. I've attached detailed instructions and the files. Thanks to tech support.
