Ulanzi D200X icons reset to “???” when switching pages

Hello.

I have a problem with my Ulanzi D200X Creative Deck.

When I switch pages on the device, some icons reset to the pink placeholder with “???” instead of showing the correct icon.

The issue happens not only with custom icons, but also with basic/default icons. Because of this, I cannot use the device normally.

I mainly use the VTube Interaction / VTube Studio plugin, so I am not sure if the problem is caused by:
- the VTube Interaction plugin,
- Ulanzi Studio,
- the device profile/cache,
- or the D200X firmware.

What I already tried:
- restarted Ulanzi Studio;
- restarted VTube Studio;
- restarted the device and PC;
- reinstalled Ulanzi Studio;
- created a new profile;
- tested basic/default icons;
- tested simple icon files;
- connected the device directly to the PC.

The problem still remains.

Ulanzi Studio shows the device as Connected.

Could you please help me understand what causes this issue?
Is there a firmware recovery/reinstall tool for Ulanzi D200X?
Or is this a known bug with the VTube Interaction plugin?

OS: Windows: 11
Plugin: VTube Interaction / VTube Studio

I attached screenshots and a video showing that icons are normal at first, but after switching pages they reset to the pink “???” placeholder.
