Hello everyone,
I’m an IT technician working with a Ulanzi Studio D200 that is showing execution failures. I already reinstalled the official software, but the issue persists.
I managed to get a firmware file for the D200, but it came without instructions. I also own an EEPROM programmer and have experience flashing chips, so I can apply it manually if needed.
My questions are:
- Which chip in the D200 stores the firmware (EEPROM or specific MCU)?
- Is there any official flash utility to reinstall firmware manually without disassembling the device?
- Has anyone successfully applied this same firmware file?
Before flashing directly, I’d like to confirm with the community if there’s a recommended procedure to avoid bricking the device.
Thanks in advance for any guidance or shared experience.
Update: The device does not go beyond the initial screen and stays stuck showing “Starting Up”. This means the boot process is not completing.
