所以我做了 Ulanzi Community Store —— 一个开源的社区插件商店，作为官方商店的补充，让社区插件有一个家：

🏪 macOS & Windows 桌面客户端 —— 浏览插件、一键安装、随时查看可用更新，支持自动更新
🌏 支持简体中文、英语和葡萄牙语 —— 界面和插件描述会跟随系统语言
📦 发布插件只需一个 PR —— 整个商店基于 GitHub 运行；PR 合并后，你的每个新版本都会自动推送给所有用户
🛠️ CLI 脚手架工具 —— 几分钟内从零创建一个可用的插件
🔐 内置安全机制 —— 安装包校验，并对注册表中的所有插件仓库每日自动进行漏洞扫描

我的想法很简单：让更多好插件到达更多用户手中，就有更多人喜欢（和购买！）这些设备。这个项目是官方商店的补充，不是替代 —— 如果社区插件将来能进入官方商店，那是大家共赢。🚀

Hey everyone! 👋

I've been having a blast building plugins for the Ulanzi Deck, and I noticed something: the community is creating tons of amazing plugins, but most of them never make it to the official store — they end up scattered across GitHub repos and Discord threads.

So I built the Ulanzi Community Store — an open-source companion to the official marketplace, made to give all those community plugins a home:

🏪 Desktop app for macOS & Windows — browse, one-click install, see pending updates at a glance, auto-update included
🌏 Localized in English, 中文 and Português — UI and plugin descriptions adapt to the user's language
📦 Publishing is just a PR — the whole store runs on GitHub; once merged, every release you ship reaches users automatically
🛠️ CLI to scaffold plugins — zero to a working plugin in minutes
🔐 Safety built in — validated installs plus a daily automated vulnerability scan across every plugin in the registry

The goal is simple: more great plugins in more hands means more reasons to love (and buy!) these devices. This is a companion to the official marketplace, not a replacement — if a community plugin graduates to the official store, everyone wins. 🚀

When we saw this post, our team’s first reaction was one of deep appreciation.
You’ve already contributed several plugins to the Ulanzi Studio ecosystem, and now you’ve gone above and beyond to build a “home” for the entire community plugin ecosystem.
Your actions truly demonstrate what “community spirit” means. The prosperity of an ecosystem cannot rely solely on the official team; on the contrary, we believe it can serve as a valuable supplement to the official store, especially during phases when plugin review cycles are lengthy and new plugins require rapid validation.
We’d love to discuss with you how the two stores can work together—for example, the Community Store could serve as a “incubator” for plugins, with popular plugins that have been validated by the community being recommended for the official store’s fast-track review process.

In this way, the Community Store would act as the official store’s “reserve team” and “incubator,” with each platform fulfilling its own role and mutually reinforcing one another.

In closing,
You said, “My idea is simple: to get more great plugins into the hands of more users.” This idea is completely in line with our original intention for the Official Store.
The only difference is that you’ve chosen to drive this initiative through open source, using your own time and code. We truly appreciate your dedication.

Thank you so much! Yeah, I really believe that the community store should be an input to the official store - maybe publishing the plugins via API?
Another point to discuss: I made this code open source, and want to say to you (ulanzi team): "feel free to use this source". If you want to incorporate something of the community store on the official store will be a pleasure to me.
