D200 stuck on Starting up

There is an definive solution for the problem of d200 "starting up" stuck when connected?
Sometimes the device works, then freezes after some time and when I restart it got stuck.. it's annoying.

According to your description, sometimes the device gets stuck at Starting up when it is turned on, but sometimes it can start normally by re-plugging and unplugging.

A preliminary judgment suggests that it seems a bit like insufficient power supply.



Please verify whether the USB cable is directly connected to the USB port of the computer. If a third-party docking station is used for connection, please confirm that the Deck is directly connected to the USB port of the computer.

If the device is connected to the docking station, if there are too many devices connected to the docking station, it may not be able to handle them. At this time, a charger is needed to supply power to the PD port of the docking station, so that more devices can be driven.



Also, there is a smaller possibility. Please replace the data cable or USB port and check if there might be instability.

**Current issues observed:**

1. Black screen on boot.
2. After being idle for a certain period, the device responds very slowly to user input.
3. When operated continuously or when the manager program is launched, the device reboots.
4. No response to user input during operation.


After the update, these issues have made actual use impossible.

Previously, only issue #1 occurred.

出现Starting-up无法启动时，可以做如下排查：

第一种：USB供电不足。
1，请确保USB线是直连电脑的USB口，不要经过拓展坞或者集线器进行转接。
2，如果是直连电脑，请尝试更换USB口。（台式机，请连接机箱后面主板上的USB口）
3，如果是Mac OS，切换USB-A口和USB-C口都需要排查一下，避免端口连接不稳定。
4，请更换一根数据线，排查数据线故障的可能。

第二种：固件程序失效，重新通过脚本接入程序。（仅支持Windows）

1，在Windows电脑上，浏览器打开下方连接，下载固件应用推送脚本。

2，先连接Deck设备到Windows电脑，等待设备进入Starting Up状态。
3，解压zip包，找到“update.bat”并运行，等待设备重启，正常大约20秒会进入系统。

如果运行脚本后脚本运行不成功，设备没有重启，说明设备端口不识别，可能是固件系统故障，此时需要使用第三种方案。

第三种：使用RK刷机工具升级固件。（仅支持Windows）
