If you encounter no response when clicking the link button during plugin installation, please troubleshoot as follows:
1,Please ensure the Discord plugin is updated to the latest version and keep the Discord app running. If not, you can delete it in the Settings and download the new version from the Marketplace again.
2,According to the instruction guide (pictured), https://www.ulanzistudio.com/doc/discord_en, set up the Redirects is accurate, check each note.
3. The Discord API has request limits. After clicking the connect button once, please wait approximately 10 seconds. It should connect automatically under regular conditions. Avoid clicking repeatedly within a short timeframe, as exceeding three clicks will trigger request restrictions.
If there is no response, please wait patiently for about 5 minutes. Restart both the Discord app and the Ulanzi Studio app, then try again. If it still does not respond, restarting your computer is necessary to restore normal connectivity.
4,There is a possibility, if there are changes to Discord API, can be in https://discord.com/developers/applications, delete the old applications, to create a new application, When creating a new application, please exit the Discord client. After creation is complete, restart the Discord client, then launch the Ulanzi Studio app.Finally, obtain the new ID and key, and enter them into the plugin to retry.
5,Account Troubleshooting:
Log in with a different Discord account, using a newly generated ID and token. In the Ulanzi Studio app, uninstall the plugin, then reinstall it and enter the new ID and token.
6,Network Restrictions:
If your computer supports Wi-Fi, try connecting to a mobile hotspot from your phone. Switch to a different service provider to see if the connection works normally. (This is just one possible cause to investigate.)
