For example, I want:
- One shortcut to trigger on a single click,
- A second shortcut on double-click,
- And a third shortcut on long-press (holding the button).

Hello! Currently, multiple interaction methods for individual keys are not supported. The requirement has been recorded and will be evaluated in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

My Ulanzi D100H device has firmware number 1.3.7.1
I read that there is a more recent firmware for this device. How do I install it?
There is no firmware update button in the Device section of the Ulanzi Studio application.

Hello, the latest firmware version for the D100H is still 1.3.7.1; there are no updates available at this time. Are there any specific improvements you’d like to see?

你好 在MAC系統快捷鍵是不能把2個修飾鍵組合在一起嗎（比如SHIFT跟COMMAND） 另外我分別把SHIFT跟COMMAND設定在左鍵跟右鍵，但在軟件（ZBRUSH）裏同時按左右鍵（軟件裏的一個常用組合鍵）會出現分別連擊左跟右鍵，而不是組合鍵

您好，设备通过蓝牙连接PC后（win11）可以正常进行旋钮调节系统音量等操作，但是Ulanzi Studio始终无法准确连接设备，重新添加蓝牙设备或开关设备电源均无法正常连接。
这个情况我要怎么将设备连接上软件？

1，先核实一下，Windows电脑是台式机还是笔记本？

2，是内置的无线网卡还是外接的蓝牙适配器？
1️⃣如果用的内置无线网卡，是否有加装增强天线，没有加装增强天线可以加装一根。
2️⃣可以外插一个蓝牙适配器，蓝牙适配器版本为5.0以上，且正确安装了蓝牙适配器驱动。

我是指我試過了不能把shift 跟ctl這組合設定成一個快捷鍵(圖2），另外，獨立把shift跟ctl設定成快捷鍵但在zb裏同時按會有問題（圖1）我上面那個貼裏有圖
