1.台式机 主板型号华硕TUF Gaming Z690 Wif D4 ，Bluetooth v5.2
2.内置网卡，因为使用的是家里的wifi无线网络，所以外接了信号接收天线
3.使用另一台mac连接，发现可以实现软件（Ulanzi Studio）连接。
4.和win11台式机也可以连接蓝牙调节音量，但是软件（Ulanzi Studio）内无法实现连接。

我觉得如果是蓝牙无法连接的话，可能也无法实现音量调节功能，但实际情况是蓝牙可以连上，但是软件内无法连接。
如果可以的话希望可以远程提供技术支持，愿意进行测试。

尊敬的用户：
1.在设备管理器中，在蓝牙设备中将所有名称为Ulanzi Dial的蓝牙设备卸载掉


2.在设备管理器中将该网卡的蓝牙驱动禁用掉，然后将电脑关机，等待三分钟后再将电脑重新启动，然后再启用该网卡的蓝牙驱动
3.打开电脑后重新连接D100H产品

您好，已经尝试在 设置-蓝牙和其他设备 中移除了相关蓝牙适配
禁用设备管理器中的蓝牙硬件
关机等待后重启
重新启动蓝牙硬件
重新适配蓝牙

目前问题依旧，蓝牙可以正常连接，也可以调整音量。
但是软件内无法查看到连接，也没有办法调整硬件配置。

Hello!
My dial keep trying to reconnect to my PC as a new device (create new pairing) every time it wake up from sleep. It is extremely annoying since Windows 11 remember every pair and flood BT device list with new entries.
It looks like Dial itself doesn't remember connected devices and start in pairing mode every time. Also default device slot is 3 - is it normal? It was 3 from the beginning.

您好，从界面显示来看，App无法识别到设备，请联系店铺售后客服，告知技术支持排查，需要寄回设备到深圳总部分析。

Hello, we would like to ask for your assistance in verifying a few details:
1. Is your computer a laptop or a desktop?
2. If it is a desktop, is the Bluetooth built-in or is it an external Bluetooth adapter? If it is an external adapter, what is the version number?
3. After the computer’s Bluetooth successfully paired once, did the app display “Connected” normally? Did the Dial function work properly? Please provide a screenshot from App > Settings > Devices.
4. How many devices are currently connected to your computer’s Bluetooth?
5. Without launching the app, unpair the Bluetooth device, reset Dial to factory settings, and reconnect and pair it again. Please observe if the issue persists.

Based on the information above, we will be able to make a preliminary assessment. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. Win11 desktop.

2. Wi-Fi 7 + BT 5.3 PCI-Express card (FENVI WI-FI 7 QCNCM865
) with external antenna.
3. Yes, everything works fine. 20 kb limit is ridicoulus - i cannot add a screenshot.
4. Two BT keyboards.
5. This is unclear if device actually resets. Switching it off and then on again and pressing the knob and pairing/switching button for 20 seconds did nothing. LED indicator under [3] (not [1]) keeps flashing and nothing happened. But after launching Studio Dial dissappeared from devices. Connecting it again manually return it in fully operational mode. My profiles returned, everything fine. But after rebooting PC Dial still tries to create a new connection, ignoring existing pairing.
